Digital Minimalism - Step Away From The Computer!
Spending less time on our devices, ‘Digital Minimalism’, and being more intentional with our screen-time sounds like a great idea, although it might be more difficult in practice. As techies and developers who work so closely with these devices, how can we be more mindful of the time we spend in front of our computers?
In this talk, Elle will share her experiences with going minimal as a software engineer, tech-lover, and social media addict, and will walk through some theory and techniques anyone can use to combat skyrocketing screen-time.
