Coding Dojos for Smarter Teams

This month's guest host Neil Kilbride (@neilkilbride) talks about how the engineering teams at Esendex use Coding Dojos to stay sharp and get better at what they do; how it was implemented, what went well, what didn't and how your team can benefit from this form of regular coding practice.
Following that, Neil will be running one such Coding Dojo to get your cogs turning and your fingers tapping. More details to come on the day, but you'll be able to get stuck in regardless of your choice of programming language or level of experience.
