How to navigate difference and disagreement workshop

Wednesday 10th February at 1.00pm

Conflict in the workplace

The quality of our relationships at work has a huge impact on our well-being, motivation and our ability to do our best work. Our differences in opinion, experience and approach can be a source of tension, and can sometimes lead to unhealthy conflict that has a detrimental effect on us. At the same time conflict can also be important to help us grow as a team and find the best solutions. We’ll explore our own experiences with conflict and provide practical solutions to navigate disagreement and ensure we build work environments in which we can thrive.

In this session you’ll

  • Understand what unhealthy or healthy conflict looks like

  • Explore practices which shift power dynamics

  • Practice conversational techniques that will improve your interactions at work
