How can we be proactive rather than reactive, and turn ideas into products that will provide years of growth?
In this talk we'll look at how giving teams a real sense of ownership, avoiding hard deadlines and focusing on a rapid release cycle can foster a no-nonsense innovation culture in companies of all sizes, from startups to large PLCs.

Chris is the founder of Swiftcomplete, a Nottingham-based tech startup that provides natural language, autocomplete and keyword search technology. Previously, Chris spent 8 years at tech company PCA Predict, working as Head of Development and taking an initial concept to a market-leading SaaS solution, which was purchased for £60m in 2017. When not working on the startup, Chris enjoys blogging about startups and lean product management, following Nottingham Forest and renovating his house in Worcester.
